Set within a restored textile mill, Keun brings movement, recovery, nourishment, beauty, and community within a single destination, creating a new way to spend a day in Bandung.

Keun is not built on a blank canvas.
For more than four generations, this site has remained in the care of one family. What began as a textile mill in the 1950s is now being carefully restored and reimagined as a contemporary destination for movement, recovery, work, and connection.
The architecture remains deeply rooted in its origins. Brick walls shaped by decades of use. Sawtooth roofs that once brought daylight into factory floors. Loading bays opening onto a central courtyard that now forms the heart of the experience.
While many wellness destinations begin within leased commercial spaces, Keun begins with something far rarer: a sense of permanence. A site with history, character, and a legacy that extends beyond a business plan.
Rather than erase the past, Keun builds upon it to preserve a piece of Bandung's industrial heritage and transform it into a destination designed for how people want to live today.
Everything you need, in one place.
Move, recover, work, dine, and reconnect without crossing the city. Every space is designed to flow naturally into the next, allowing an entire day to unfold at your own pace.

Keun is structured around how a day unfolds. Public life at ground level. Movement and recovery above. Each floor transitions naturally into the next, removing friction between arrival, activity, and rest.
Ground Floor
The ground floor opens directly to the city and centers around a courtyard that anchors the entire site.
This is where people arrive, connect, and stay. Café, dining, and casual workspaces sit alongside service functions, forming a constant flow between street and interior.
Upper Floors
Above the activity of the ground floor, the program shifts inward.
Studios for Reformer Pilates, Hot Mat, and Spin are organized as a progression of movement. Wellness suites and treatment rooms sit alongside them, designed for recovery.
The experience is stacked intentionally, not by category, but by rhythm. Energy builds, releases, and resets within a single vertical system.

Keun is built around the idea that great destinations are shaped by the people within them.
We're not seeking the highest bidder. We're looking for operators, founders, and brands that contribute meaningfully to the experience of the compound. Three spaces remain available.
A flagship food and beverage opportunity positioned within the heart of the compound.
A compact footprint suited for specialty retail, curated goods, or everyday essentials aligned with the lifestyle of the community.
Designed for operators focused on recovery, beauty, health, or wellbeing services that complement the wider ecosystem.
Some of the best additions to a place are the ones that weren't part of the original plan.
A florist. A concept store. An apothecary. A running club headquarters. A design gallery. A recovery concept. If it contributes to a healthier, more thoughtful way of living, we'd like to hear about it.
For more than seventy years, this site has been part of Bandung's story. Today, it is being reimagined for a new generation.
Keun is more than a collection of spaces. It's a long-term vision for how people gather, move, recover, work, and connect.
We're looking for operators, brands, and partners who share that vision, whether you're opening your next flagship, launching a new concept, or looking for a place to grow alongside a curated community of businesses.
Whether through tenancy, partnership, or investment, we're looking for people who want to help shape what comes next, as contributors to a place with lasting ambition.
Bring us your vision. We'll build around it.
